How our rentals work

Events

During our wedding peak season, we rent the whole property out as a full-package deal! This means, the banquet space, the suites and the amenities are all included in our rentals. Please use the “contact us” tab to call or email for booking inquiries, pricing, availability or to schedule a tour!

Due to the full property generally being rented out on weekends, tours are reserved forTuesdays - Thursdays.

Suites

Individual suite rentals are available to book Sundays - Thursdays all year round. During our slower season, we have more weekend availability for renting suites. If you are interested in booking a suite but do not see your desired date available, please send an inquiry to confirm if we have any openings! Suites are bookable from the “book your stay” tab. Please also visit the “virtual check-in” tab, to learn more about our check-in process!

Packages

The All-Inclusive Wedding/Event Package

Have the place to yourself and fully enjoy all the great things a private hotel has to offer.

  • Banquet hall that seats up to 140 guests

  • Private rental of the entire lodge – no uninvited guests wandering into your event!

  • Bar room to host the perfect cocktail party

  • Overflow bar/ 2nd bar area

  • No catering restrictions

  • Formal living room with heated fireplace

  • Exclusive 24-hour access to indoor heated pool with retractable ceilings

  • All suites included in rental – sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 20 guests

  • Secure entryway for the building and each suite; you receive personal codes for each of the doors that will work for the duration of your stay

  • Receive discounts when you book 2+ nights

  • $4,000 per night for a Friday or Saturday night during peak season; we offer significant multi-night discounts, lower weekday rates, and off-season rates as well.

The Event Only, no overnight stay

  • Private rental of kitchen, bar areas & banquet facility

  • No restrictions on catering

  • No suite rentals included

  • Call for pricing and availability

  • *Restricted from booking further than 3 weeks in advance on a Friday or Saturday. Package available for booking Sunday – Thursday at discounted rates. Contact us for details.

The Getaway — individual suite rentals

  • Peaceful and luxurious, relax in our One or Two-Bedroom Suites

  • If booking for a Sunday through Thursday night stay, individual Suites can be booked immediately online by clicking the Book Now button below

  • Individual Suites are restricted from online booking for weekend dates further than 3 weeks in advance. Please contact us for weekend availability and reservations.
